1 Acceptance & Consent

Accessing or using the tk179 platform means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all clauses of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the site.

2 Account Registration

Each user may create only one tk179 account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. tk179 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification

tk179 is for users aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

We may request documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. The balance of any account operated by a minor will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk179 currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Funds sent through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Use Your Own Account

You must use a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in account closure and funds being withheld.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tk179 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorism financing. If suspicious financial activity is detected, we will take the necessary steps and may notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After creating a new account on tk179, a 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = completing ৳12,000 in bets makes the winnings from the bonus withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as opening multiple accounts, creating artificial betting patterns, or unfairly claiming bonus benefits — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The tk179 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. The detailed conditions for level progression are subject to change and tk179 may update them periodically.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk179 platform:

• Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Operating games through automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack, alter, or manipulate any software or system on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party outside the platform.

7 Fair Play Policy

tk179 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. 10 Limitation of Liability
